Our commercial carpentry contracts range from single dwellings to large housing developments. We work in aspects of the construction industry sector, covering education, office, industrial, social housing, refurbishment CAT A & B fit out, and new build properties.

As a sub-contractor, we understand the needs and requirements of our main contractor, especially fast-moving developments, and have an appreciation of budget control.

Our workforce has experienced carpenters and management ranging from all levels NVQ2, NVQ3, SSSTS, SMSTS & first aid trained, who can deliver quality workmanship to a high standard throughout the company. Our carpenters and management team have a vast knowledge and experience of working on large projects, and this gives us the scope to push and drive on projects when necessary. We can also offer full project management, from tender stage right through to practical completion.

SEA STREET, WHITSTABLE
Two exquisite 2 bedroom timber frame houses built to an extremely high specification.
Working along side the main contractor, this was a very enjoyable and satisfying design and build project for us.
Externals:
Timber frame structure, timber joists with caber deck flooring, cut and pitched roofs, Bespoke fitted cedral click cladding.
Internals:
Bespoke staircases with oak finishes, skirtings and architraves, Oak finished doors, Bespoke kitchens.
BORSTALÂ HILL, WHITSTABLE
A stunning small development of three, 3 bedroom homes, built to a very high specification.
Externals:
Installation of posi joist systems and caber deck flooring.
Roofs were cut and pitched, then followed by Cedral click cladding.
Vaulted ceiling stud partitioning.
Internals:
High spec kitchens, Saw cut oak flooring,
Vancouver oak internal doors, Skirting, Architraves, Staircases with solid oak handrails,Â

PARK VIEW, GILLINGHAM
Brand new timber frame development of 36 luxurious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
190 door sets, 1840m2 cement acoustic floor overlay, 36 kitchens with compact laminate worktops, 53 aluminium windows, 37 aluminium doors, 1800 meters of skirting boards,
1840m2 laminate flooring.
This project was delivered ahead of schedule.

13 3-4 bedroom houses.
Installing, Roof trusses, Posi joist systems with caber deck floor, Stud partitioning, Stair cases with oak handrails, High end kitchens, Oak doors with liners, Skirting boards, Architraves, High spec flooring, Cladding.
